We Fix Now are a reactive maintenance company whose focus is on customer service. Our aim since 1997 is to ensure that client calls, whether from a householder or corporate managing agent are dealt with quickly and efficiently – status updates are issued from start to finish.

Our call centre is manned 24/7 and calls will always be answered whether on Christmas morning or midnight on New Year’s Eve. Our experienced call centre operators will initially diagnose the fault to alleviate unnecessary call outs and will give free constructive advice.

We operate within the M25 and the Home Counties. Our experienced, fully qualified, insured engineers are just one call away, whether it’s an emergency (where we will initially make the property safe and reduce further damage) or you simply require an estimate.

To take the stress out of out-of-hours’ maintenance, clients can take advantage of our password controlled service – tenants call us directly for emergencies only, with a works limit expenditure predetermined by you…….so you are not troubled by 2am calls from tenants.

We provide a one-stop shop for all your maintenance needs …. residential, commercial or industrial and whether you require electricians, plumbers, gas or drainage engineers, pest control, security, or cleaning. If we can’t fix it, we will recommend someone who can.
